Continueous Improvement Engineer

ConMed Linvatec has an outstanding opportunity for the right person with the experience and qualifications to become a "Continuous Improvement Engineer". Working as a member of the continuous improvement team this position applies technical expertise to accomplish results specific to, continuous improvement, event facilitation and manufacturing methods to support the overall deployment of CI initiatives in achieving operational effectiveness. This position will receive assignments in support of various manufacturing environments and is on the front line to change/advancements within the company.

This individual develops event facilitation skills necessary to successfully lead cross-functional teams in extensive, multiple day events to achieve event goals and business results. Events include but are not limited to shop floor breakthrough Kaizen, business process, router standardization, set-up reduction, TPM, value stream map, 5S, concept planning, design planning and production planning events.
